Sisters by Shamsa is a collection of 10,000 unique and diverse females, representing sisterhood and unity around the world. The collection was created by Shamsa, a YouTuber with 150k+ subscribers who has been sharing a part of her life with her followers for over 7 years. The main purpose of the Sisters by Shamsa collection is to promote sisterhood and community. The collection hopes to provide an avenue for sisters around the world to connect online and to provide a place of solace and fun via our discord group and other social media accounts.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The Collection and Artwork<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Sisters by Shamsa collection was generated from 250+ unique traits and attributes, which were all drawn by Shamsa. She admits that she is the “furthest thing from an artist”, but she would certainly describe herself as a creative, and was able to utilise her skills from other creative ventures in the online space (i.e. video creation and production) to put together this collection of Sisters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shamsa thoroughly enjoyed creating the Sisters collection, and most of the “artwork” was created in the evenings when her children were sleeping or while nursing her youngest 7 month old daughter Nusaybah. NFTs remind her of collecting stickers for sticker books in her younger days, and changing outfits on figures using reusable stickers. Unfortunately, in those days diversity and representation was lacking, so she is over the moon that she can create a diverse collection of NFTs for the modern world. She strongly believes that females can have it all, and with a supportive network, females can all shine to their truest potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was extremely important to Shamsa to represent her followers in this collection, the majority of whom are Muslim females who wear the hijab or veil, therefore many of the Sisters wear the hijab or some form of head covering. However, everyone is welcome in our community of Sisters regardless of their faith and beliefs, and you are not required to be a female to join us. We just ask that you support the sisterhood (in the form of supporting and uplifting the females in your lives).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 10 Super Rare (or 1\/1) NFTs in the Sisters by Shamsa collection. The 1\/1s are places around the world that Shamsa has travelled to, hopes to travel to, or are close to her heart. For example, Manchester is the city that she calls home (best known for the Manchester United football team), Luanda is the capital of Angola which is her husband Aqil’s homeland and the Algarve in Portugal is a place that Shamsa has travelled to a number of times and it is one of her happy places. The 1\/1 NFTs took either half a day or a full day to create, so we really hope that they are cherished by their owners!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
